- To attend outings, all students MUST: 1) attend the backpacking seminar, 2) read and turn in signed first aid, equipment, conduct, and safety forms, 3) read and turn in a completely filled-out and signed emergency form, 4) read and turn in a signed field trip permission form, and 5) have all the APPROPRIATE equipment on the packing list linked above.
- Field trips require the standard parent-notification signature form, Students do not need to fill out new emergency forms for each trip. All non-SLUH students and any student riding with another student (because the SLUH van is full) to a field trip site must turn in a signed transportation form (page 2 of the field trip form).
- Students that cannot fulfill the requirements and packing lists listed and linked above CANNOT attend trips.
